how old are u u are 15 also right i just turned this october.4 th dat jus passed i have alot of strength from alot of mma workouts and army kind of workouts some how i go at 225 an 6 reps an dats not my max im second to none at my school when it comes to strength but im realy nown for boxing,kick boxing,karate an muay thai an also known a little with bjj im nown 4 being one of the best amutures so far around my wieght class an age

I can understand the summer thing. Most of my friends who lift kind of gave it up in the summer. Luckily I just moved in the summer, so I had no friends to distract me.

Nice i work out 3-4 days a week. I do cardio alot to keep lean. I workout my whole body so i stay at the gym 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours im lookin at cuttin down to 9% you in any sports like wrestling or football?
