Reason: I add it to every shake. I found that my muscles are harder when I am on this stuff. I surely recommend it to anyone.

Reason: I have only had a few workouts with it thus far, but I have seen good things. Probably mostly due to the fact that I haven't cycled creatine back into my diet for nearly two months. Any creatine at this stage would due about the same, but I will post again in a few weeks to see how I feel about it then!
