How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Well, being a personal trainer, it is very important to keep yourself in good shape in order to set an example and gain respect from your peers and clients.
Without a doubt, every workout in the gym would not be complete without someone, who knows you are trainer, stopping you and asking you a question about diet, supplementing, exercises, ect, ect! First thing to get out of the way, a good trainer WILL stop his own workout to help you with any...
hey the training is a little slow nowadays because im back in school and of course there are a million and one assignments to do :P
but i am going to hit the gym tonight hopefully it's a good one :)
trying to keep the diet under control though. some days are better than others though
how about u? hope all is well on your end :)
Your advice was awesome, thanks so much. I plan on buying that supplement asap, and you were right the plain yogurt even has a lot of sugar in it. Thanks for helping me get on the right path!
Thanks I needed that! Sorry I didn't give it my all. I didn't wanna give you any excuses. Besides, there was nothing that could have been done about it. Sometimes you just gotta suck it up and go with it.
