There was a time I was really stress and going through a divorce, which lead me to become 265lbs of something I didn't like in the mirror, so I decided to regain control and do something about it...

I workout each body part onces a week so its a 4 days on three days off routine, but sometimes if needed I take a fifth day to touch up or for muscles that I feel might need more attention.. This allows me to get Enough Rest and recovery time..
I am sure abs will start poppin again the moment you go back to bulking! I got your back, keep doing your thing! As for me, still hitting the gym and waiting for that fat to melt! You are one of my role models!
