Thanks, right now I am doing one body part per workout and hit the gym 6 days a week... I start on Monday being day 1 and that is my chest day, next is shoulders, day 3 triceps, day 4 back, 5 biceps, and day 6 legs...
On top of the training I also do 6 days of cardio, I do this first thing in the am after I wake, about 4 am (ouch)...
