Lost it..motivation..wait I think I left it in the gym! Going back to get it :)

Lose 10 lbs of fat and gain 10 lbs of muscle.

Pack on 15 to 20 pounds of muscle.

Get to 20 % body fat and lose those last pesky 7 pounds of my initial goal weight. Then keep creating newer goals to keep achieving.
