I got started working out b/c I realized that I needed a change. I was SO sick and tired of being sick and tired and FAT! My best friend is a fitness guru and helped me get on a good eating plan and workout regiment.
Why I Love It:
I love working out b/c of how it makes me feel. I love watching the transformation that body is making and the energy that it gives me. I love that I can now run around and play with my 4 year old and not feel like I'm having a heart attack..lol
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated with the help of my family and friends. I also look at my old "fat" pictures to remind me of how far I've made it and to know that if I just keep pushing all the pain will be worth it.
wow thats awesome progress.........i had to do training with the army in 2006 at ft lewis before i deployed to iraq.......wow it was cold and rainy how do u live there lol
