She is a beautiful woman that keeps her head up! Who could balance a divorce and all that goes along with it and still look as great as she does. I admire a person this strong willed and strong bodied.
This Year, I have to play a little catch up. I reached my goal weight of 225 in Iraq, but I was fat due to all the MRE's that I had to eat when I was spending alot of time in a FOB. So, I couldn't workout, I couldn't eat right, so that equals, just fat. So I had to catch all my strength...
So, I have changed my program again, I changed it 2 months ago and I seem to have forgotten to update.
Here it is:
I do whatever morning PT is, some kind of Cardio. Then in the afternoon, I lift and do HIIT after the workout. I am really trying to get the BF down alot and I saw a lot...
I have been busy too darlin, but gld to hear ur still around!! Hope life is treating u good and ur make'n sweet gains!! Keep get'n at it!! Happy Halloweenie!!
He thinks he'll go on a MEU next. He was injured on his last deployment so I am not looking forward to the next. I have been warned of the drama... I am not a fan of it so I'll stay clear! haha. How are the gyms on base, do you recommend them or should I look for something off base?
He's infantry, he just got back from his 1st deployment a few months ago and now he's in some school. But I don't know too much about it. I am still learning the ropes of this marine stuff. Haha.
