helenawf Hi. You are welcome. Make a list of the most important features to you that a gym must have and use that to help you make your decision. For example, I chose my gym as it is closest to my home so I will use it more, It was priced right, it is open 24/7 and manned 24/7 and they have high quality cardio and weights. Good luck! helenawf Hi. Great goals. Great job losing the weight so far. I think a gym can help keep the workouts fresh. Also, having free weights and machines are important to building more muscle and the more muscle you have the more fat you burn during exercise and even when you sleep.
