How I Started:
I wanted to lose weight, and I wanted to finally do it the right way. Now I want to tone up and sculpt my body.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I like to see my muscles work and I love feeling strong. (Arms day is my favorite because it makes me feel powerful, even though I'm not strong yet at all.)
I want to be stronger and sculpt my body into something I can truly be proud of! I hope this site can help me.
Goal (Long):
I am happy with my weight, however, I would like to be more cut; more defined. I want to be stronger, I want to be more fit. While I don't really want to be a body builder, I do look up to them. Ever since I recovered from an eating disorder 3 years ago, I have had an image in my head. Now, I am working out to acheive that image instead of just dreaming and doing nothing about it. Though I am satisfied with my self, I want to be more than satisfied. I want to be thoroughly pleased.

Thursday: Abs, cardio
Friday: Arms/shoulders
Saturday: Abs,cardio/calfs
Sunday: Off day (but usually turns into legs or cardio. .)
