Please forgive me for not knowing all the jargon of weights and exercises
Cardio 5 x per week (to lose those ten count em 10 pounds I absolutely had to lose which I did )ugh
15 minutes on treadmill at level 5
1 minute on 7 5x
in between level 5
15 minutes again on 5
I got this cardio program on this web site and I love it!!!
Abs on the ball 20 x 3
squats on the smith machine Its taking me a bit to do this correctly but I get it now about coming up through your heels
12 reps 3x
a couple of machines I don't know the names of (sorry)
12 reps 3x
I actually did 30 push ups all together CORRECTLY going all the way down SLOW coming up ouch!!!!
10 push ups a little rest then continuing to 30
I'm also going to a boot class class that works the arms 2x per week |
