How I Started:
I had been feeling ,looking and really just living crappy.
I decided I was sick and tired of being sick and tired and Today was /IS the day that I was going to take charge of my mind and body.
So here I sit very greatful for having found this web site and reading the posts and stories of people obstacles and how they (WE) are overcomming them.
Struggling and persevering through what sometimes seems like insurmountable problems and succeeding, sometimes fast lots of times too DAMN slow.
I believe that when faced with a personal challenge I have to start with whats right in front of me.
In front of me was me
In back of me is me
all around me was just me
UGH I'm so dam sick of ME ME ME
So what I saw was not something I was and am sometimes NOT too proud of.
My goal is to never again use food as a drug.
Why I Love It:
The rush I feel when I succeed in attaining my goal. I love muscles thats it I just love them dammit!
How I Stay Motivated:
Think positive and remain grateful

Aww thank you so much hun! When it comes to health you can't get the results you want if you're not honest with yourself and others so that is all I know. I'm human and make mistakes...like eating the WHOLE pizza...LOL...so why like about it and say "I eat perfect ALL THE TIME!" SIKE!! Will you be attending the Olympia in Vegas next weekend?

Yeah I think we might be related in the sense that we both want to achieve the same goal, the only thing is that you're already there and am not :) I think i've learned a lot too since i started lifting and am so glad i started because there was no way i wanted to keep looking like i did when i first started. Well, all i can say is slow down a bit so i can catch up :) thx for the support!!!!!!
