How I Started:
I started working out, because I want to stay healthy and I have been reading fitness magazines and decided I want to be in great physical shape like the fitness trainers.
Why I Love It:
When I workout I feel awesome my whole day is perfect and I feel I am going in the direction I need to be.

Reading fitness magazines. and knowing I will only get where I want to be if I workout and stay motivated.

Goal (Long):
Is to have the body I have always wanted. I have always been interested in body building but never got involved in a gym. Now I can't seem to stop going. It has been a dream to be fit and to be a personal trainer to help others. I think I am on the right track and working toward the future and working to get to my goal.

Awww. Sorry to hear that hun *hugs*. Hopefully it won't hang on as long for you as it did for me. My weekend was okay...except for having to work all the way through it. Take care of yourself Trina. If its what I had, fluids help a lot.
Heya Trina! Thank you. I'm glad you like it :) Wow 2 teams. Where do you find the time, hun. Things are okay for me. I've been fighting a case of the flu, so my gym trips have been a bit more infrequent lately, but I'm trying to get back on my previous schedule.
In a way it actually does make me feel better. But it still stinks! Yes, I'm working hard this week too! And next week and so on to make-up for it. Maybe it's a good lesson for me to learn...
yes, i haven't been on in forever. i took a little "break" over the holidays and gained two lbs back and who knows how much bf! but i'm back now and focused! here's to it not happening again until next x-mas or at the very least the summer... hehehe!

i'm really good hun. just finished a weeks vacation, so its back to the grind tomorrow. been a bit lazy this week as far as the gym goes, but hell. gotta slack off now and again right :) how's your week been?
