Overall Goal: I want to lose 7 pounds. I want to gain muscle and I want my body fat to be 15% in the next couple on month and then go lower in the next year. Right now it is at 21%. Someday I would like to be in a competition....

How I Started:
I started working out, because I want to stay healthy and I have been reading fitness magazines and decided I want to be in great physical shape like the fitness trainers.
Why I Love It:
When I workout I feel awesome my whole day is perfect and I feel I am going in the direction I need to be.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading fitness magazines. and knowing I will only get where I want to be if I workout and stay motivated.

Goal (Long):
Is to have the body I have always wanted. I have always been interested in body building but never got involved in a gym. Now I can't seem to stop going. It has been a dream to be fit and to be a personal trainer to help others. I think I am on the right track and working toward the future and working to get to my goal.

Hey well i was working out at the school but i play baseball and they shut the weightroom down befor we get done with pratice so now i got a gym membership to xtreme fitness by the mall what about you? And i go to shasta college, so i see you trying to be a persional trainer i am as well ill be certifyed in may where are you taking the class at?

Heya Trina! Thank you. I'm glad you like it :) Wow 2 teams. Where do you find the time, hun. Things are okay for me. I've been fighting a case of the flu, so my gym trips have been a bit more infrequent lately, but I'm trying to get back on my previous schedule.
In a way it actually does make me feel better. But it still stinks! Yes, I'm working hard this week too! And next week and so on to make-up for it. Maybe it's a good lesson for me to learn...
yes, i haven't been on in forever. i took a little "break" over the holidays and gained two lbs back and who knows how much bf! but i'm back now and focused! here's to it not happening again until next x-mas or at the very least the summer... hehehe!
