About my pics my posture is way off because my legs are still weak in rehab that will come in time. feel free let me know what about my physique is coming along and what still needs work … etc This is 1 month in with getting most of my lifts and diet in hope to hear from you soon you can PM me or me at doobzkhq@gmail if that is easier

hey, are you a cadet on the FD? im on a VFD as well. just wondering if under 18 are allowed to fight fire where your at. thats cool if so. get all the experience you can, its a rush.
