I was a cheerleader all the way up to college but never got into weights until a friend bought me personal training sessions for christmas 2002. My trainer turned into my coach and to this day still coaches me mentally for competitions and designs my diet.
Why I Love It:
It feels wonderful to get a good sweat and have trembling muscles :) Just fun to challenge myself to new levels.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband and kids motivate me. I am reminded about how blessed I am and the importance of being an example for my observate boys.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting my weight back to pre-pregnancy weight only 5months after giving birth.
Hi, Hillary! Just admiring the obstacle course profile pic...was this job related or other? Reminded me of my former training days...you look tuff & terrific.
