My diet hasn't always stayed on track, but I've stayed very active. My progress may be slow, but I'm happy with it. My tummy is definitely my problem area.
I'm still with the Cut Diet. It's only been 5 days, but hey, that's longer than most people stick to something, right?
I've been trying to get in 1750 calories a day and I simply cannot do it. I don't get the 6 meals in, only 5. I'm sticking with the Cut Diet foods. Breakfast is...
lol don't you hate that?! my hair is pretty super curly also and that only time i can wear it down and curly is right after i've gotten it cut. i have no idea what they do at the salon to make it look that way and it's too bad i can't do it myself! :( and yes i know, very few opinions on this site matter to me also!
