How I Started:
I started working out in highschool as preperation for wrestling/football/gym I did not eat right at all and weighed around 140 lbs when I graduated in 2003. Around 2004 I was tired of being scrawny and began working out and eating better. By 2005 I was around 168 lbs and very lean. After two really bad injuries and an automobile accident set me back I am back at the game again.
Why I Love It:
When I don't work out I feel weak, get depressed, lethargic, and get sick often. After working out I sometimes feel "high", and besides the obvious health benefits, working out simply makes me feel good physically and socially.
How I Stay Motivated:
Nearly all my friends do bodybuilding or work out in some way. Besides that, seeing my body improve and feeling my strength increase is a big motivator. Once I get in the rhythm of going to the gym and eating right it builds on itself.
BB Accomplishments:
Most recently I gained around 10 lbs from January 08-February 08 (edit: now gained over 22 lbs since jan-april) I learned a lot about proper diet and supplement intake as well as pushing myself further. I'm now stronger and bigger than I have ever been.

Goal (Long):
After exceeding my goal of 10 lbs by march 2008 I am psyched that I now weigh in around 195-200 lbs. After getting out of physical therapy for my foot I would love to burn off some fat and really get my cardio routine up in order to be a real athlete come Vegas time. I hope to run at least 2 miles a day 3 days a week for one month, as well as lean out my diet.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Messed up my shoulder pretty bad. I was injured for 3 or more months. I recovered by taking time off and I went back one day it was miraculously healed.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I heard it's the olympic lifts which is why I am reluctant to try deadlifts and clings.
