Thanks for asking about my training. Just purchased a set of dumbbells and weights this week after failing to find a good gym deal, so hopefully hitting the iron hard all summer. You're looking great by the way :)

Such a combination of diet and workouts! I do hanging knee raises and GHD situps! But I am still a long way to where I would like my abs to be! Keep training hard!
