Gain Mass- Goal gain 15-20 lbs and Maintain/Gain speed for 7's Tournaments

Heavy training for the next 6-8 weeks

4-5 sets of Pyramids (increase weight, decrese reps)

 

Mondays- Chest, weighted abs

Tuesday-Back, abs (rugby training)

Wednesday-Legs, weighted abs

Thursday-Bis and Tris, abs (rugby training)

Friday-Shoulders, weighted abs

Saturday- Cardio (7's Rugby Tournaments or training)

Sunday- off, light cardio/swim
