I am starting to lose fats as much as I can,I feel so heavy and not comfortable with my body shape and I DECIDE NOW TO CHANGE, I must do it now or never. I know nothing is easy and nothing will be so fast but I am trying and I know that I will do it, I need help and motivation from all of you to keep me on track, and I am open for any advice or support from anyone here.
