I got started with bodybuilding because I saw a flex magazine when I was about 12 and I got hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because I love competing and everything about it. It also creates a great sense of pride in oneself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because my next competition will be against the older guys and if I don't stay motivated I know I wont be able to compete with them.

Workout Program:
The workout I am currently using is doggcrap training by Dante Trudel. What it is, is lower volume, higher frequency, restpause sets and PROGRESSION. PROGRESSION is the key to this workout because everytime you train a bodypart with the exercise you did last time you add either weight or reps....
