"My number one goal is to gain 30 pounds of muscle and have at least 7% body fat. I would like to have Aubrie's abs, SuperMaine's physice look, and be shredded like Stevep78. For me being to big is a disadvantage when it comes to certain sports."

This is the result of kickboxing. I lost a lot of weight but hardly had any muscle. I weighed 168 with 13% fat. I then decided to start lifting some weights.

Starting to get a little bit bigger. I plan on losing the fat when I'm done with the building muscle phase.
