Overall Goal: My number one goal is to gain 30 pounds of muscle and have at least 7% body fat. I would like to have Aubrie's abs, SuperMaine's physice look, and be shredded like Stevep78. For me being to big is a disadvantage when it comes to certain sports.
This is the result of kickboxing. I lost a lot of weight but hardly had any muscle. I weighed 168 with 13% fat. I then decided to start lifting some weights.

Goal (Long):
For as long as I can remember I have always been thin. When I was a lot younger I ate very light meals and spent more time playing video games instead of playing outside. I first started lifting weights when I was in high school but was not really into it. Now that I look back I realized that I should have done it more because those are the years when you really start to grow. By the time I graduated in 2007 I got fatter and weighed 180 pounds. Although I still looked pretty thin I was acually fat for my bodytype. I then took kickboxing in September to lose some fat. I lost a lot of weight but still didn't have much muscle. I then took a powerlifting class in 2009 at a community college to get me started. I was still taking kickboxing to keep my fat levels low. Now my number one goal is to gain 30 pounds muscle and have 7% body fat. I know this will take a couple of years(with steroids it will take less time but that's not an option because those are for cheaters) but I'm patient enough to wait and see results. I want traps that stick out when I'm wearing a tight white t-shirt, wide lats that show what a great physice I have, legs that look like tree trunks, those legegendary 8 pack abs I hear about never seen them but they exist and every other muscle. I want it all!
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?

If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I keep my progress in my head so I can remember where I left off. If I can do 12 reps with the same amount of weight I did 10 reps the last time I lifted, then I know it's time to add more weight.

Why I like this video: It's a good documetary. It's true that in bodybuilding lots of competitors take steroids; therefore, it's not considered cheating when the competition is also doing it(Note that this is not ture in professional sports). But I will never use steroids because it's just not natural. We are who we are.
