I have been weight training as a teenager. I have trained on a consistent level for the past 4 years. I started cause I got tired of looking fat.
Why I Love It:
Body building gives me a feeling of accomplishment. I love when people ask me questions and expect to get the best answer.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing results. I also stay motivated by seeing bodybuilders who are at where I want to be. Women of course. Those losers who struggle in the gym and wish they could do what I do.
BB Accomplishments:
I can lift a lot more heavy weight, with good form, and good number of reps in all areas. I feel confident enough to show off my body and take pictures.

Goal (Long):
I can lift heavy weight and do a lot of reps in lighter weight. I am very fit. My body is large in size, but I want to look like a natural body builder. I want every muscle group to highlight my hard work and success as a bodybuilder. Eventually win a pro card to have the opportunity to get paid for what I do.
I lifted my max so far on overhead shoulder press! I feel I can lift the gym right now. The next time I lift I want to get all my max weight limits in all my exercises. I see my body transforming. I think I may finally get the cut I have been dreaming about. Look out ladies. Tony is on the prowl.
-Abs side oblique crunches for 3 sets of 30reps
in between super set
-bicycles 12 reps on a 4 count
in between super set
-squats with 2 50lb dumbbells for 15 reps
in between super set
-biceps curls for 10 reps with the 50lb dumbbells
