Goal (Long):
I want to have a Body I can be proud of! My goal of achieving a six pack is gonna be a tough one but attainable. I want to be about 180 pounds with 6% body fat. I want to accomplish this in 12 months. With The Help of Steve Poynter and Team Poynter I plan on accomplishing my Goals!

Hey! Thanks for the add! I'm currently on Cellucor's D4 Extreme and Themal Shock fat burners, and the NO Zero. All really help my energy and strength in the gym! I also started take Scavation Extend a few weeks ago, you just put it in your water during your workout...tastes great and helps you recover between sets! Hope you have a great weekend:)
