yeah, no worries. i let myself go on some vacations pretty bad. all you do is get back in the routine. and u were my 44 =P

haha. but that was intentional strategic weight gain so that you shed the lbs to reveal some rock hard mass, right? =]P yeah, i am glad. especially as a teen, it would suck to have to deal with a bad body through highschool / college

thanks nutsy. not too much progress right now but ill try to go up during summer. im actually in cross country now and making great progress there. had a meet today and ran 7:35 minute miles.

i had to slow down a bit because i had a fainting spell / seizure in the gym a few weeks ago and we just finished taking all the tests yesterday. so waiting for the results on that to see if i can work out hard again. and schools out so that should help. how you doing man?

work and school. fridays suck for me man. school from 7:30 - 2:30 and work from 5:00 - 10:30 =[

yeah. i used to get defensive becuase i didnt know why i was being yelled at for wanting to be a Marine. but i got it a while back. have to earn the right and i've been impatient ever since. lol. quite an assorment of equiptment and actually not bad of a "gym"..dumbbells and bowfelx will be great for muscle maintaining.

bummer. they got excercise equiptment on board right? P.s. i noticed u saw that "i'm a Marine now" post. i was thinking about going hard on him, but realized i was just like him a year or two ago. my AIM Name was Leatherneck and everything. had no right to do that, but i didnt know, and he may not have either
