I started working out in 6th grade for off season soccer (they didnt offer football and the class was mandatory). because of that class and the influence of my brother, i found out that lifting and health in general was something i'd enjoy
Why I Love It:
the pump, progress, the satisfaction of doing something proactive. no other feeling live it for me

honestly dont know. i just have the heart for it

ok, so that routine didnt work. im just gonna keep it simple.

found out all i needed was a 4 day break to get my workouts up to speed.

However, i am going to keep the shoulders with the legs..

3 body parts is too much for 1 day working them HARD

A few new pictures are up. AFter the past two weeks hitting the gym hard while TAD, my weight had gone up several pounds - but no change in the waist (even though it's still too big. . .) Your latest profile comment was the 1,111th for me :)
