Background

When I Started: Jan 2004
HOW I STARTED:

I started working out in 6th grade for off season soccer (they didnt offer football and the class was mandatory). Because of that class and the influence of my brother, I found out that lifting and health in general was something I'd enjoy.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The pump, progress, the satisfaction of doing something proactive. No other feeling comes close to it.

new routine - fail

ok, so that routine didnt work. im just gonna keep it simple. found out all i needed was a 4 day break to get my workouts up to speed. However, i am going to keep the shoulders with the legs.. 3 body parts is too much for 1 day working them HARD
