I want to get down to 15 to 12% body fat with a six pack. Right now I try and get in 5 days of cardio at least the past six weeks, and keep track of my diet. Any advice from anybody would help.
I am in the same boat. I am trying to loose about 15 more pounds and I am having the hardest time. I know my fall is Diet, I am going to go low carb for a short bit. The last 1/4 mile is always the hardest. Good luck, and keep me posted.

Hey Tonk , Sorry i didnt reply to your comment on my blog. iam just getting used to using this body blog thing. I was just doing the usual heavy work..but i did have a long break after i injued my lower back doing squats. Give the 25 reps a go for 6 weeks or so. I used a weight that i was maxxed out on for the 25 reps. It really paid off.

Actually, sometimes mostly in my elbows. It is an annoying pain similar to tennis elbow. My other joints seem to be okay when I do low reps though. Have you tried Glucosamine? I think that`s what its called. It is some vitamin that sort of lubricates your joints. It supposedly works well. I`d do some research on it first though.
