When I Started:
How I Started:
I was involved in sports throughout my childhood and then when I got to college, it was harder to stay active. I put on weight, freaked out, and after that, I decided once and for all to take care of myself. Now, my goal is to exercise everyday, eat heart healthy nutritious foods, and live life to the fullest.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it. I love the challenge, the breathing hard, the shaky muscles when they're really being worked. I love feeling strong and I love seeing improvements in my body. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and teaches me discipline.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to live a long, healthy, productive life. I also want to keep looking better as I get older. Eventually, I want to be able to run a half marathon. Also, I love the high I get from a hard workout. When I'm done, I feel invincible and it's the absolute best that I feel all day. I'd be so depressed if I couldn't work out.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't really had many accomplishments, but my biggest one was probably getting two track and field school records in high school.

Goal (Long):
Okay, wow I have too many goals. First and foremost, I want to lose fat. I just want to lose the excess fat from my thighs, hips, upper arms, and stomach. While doing that, I want to tone up. I really want a strong, flat stomach, with visible packs. I want my leg muscles to be more visible as I'm running, and I want my arm muscles to be visible even when I'm not flexing. I also want to greatly improve my endurance. I can already run pretty far while taking a couple breaks, but I want to be able to run at least 10 miles without stopping. I just want to feel strong, healthy, and happy.

He's a fun loving person who is easy to talk to and who is eager to share his health tips with anyone who asks, and I love that about him.

Your tips for eating healthy have helped me out a lot over here. I now understand why they talk about freshman 15. There is so much **** food for you on campus
Hi i havent been on here in awhile but ive been taking your advice and ive been going to the gym about 5 times a week here at my school now. I am currently going to washington state university. Ive actually learned that this helps relieve my stress much more than drinking or anything else so that helps a lot for my classes.
