How I Started:
After my first year (being depressed) at college I weighed 95kg (2006). Too big! Was 75kg, but recently been in hospital so i've gained 12kg... of fat =/ Restarted - 14 Dec 2008 Aim is to get to 165-159-152lbs/75-72.3-69kg
Why I Love It:
I buy the magazines to help with my comic drawing and follow the sport as a result.
How I Stay Motivated:
A lot of people and athletes I knew were so impressed with my changes that they asked me to help them improve. So I stay motivated in part by the fact that people respect my opinion, even though they know I'm still working toward a great physique. BB Accomplishments:
Nothing actual BB, just personal: Losing 20kg in From Aug 1 2006 - July 31 2007 and dropping loads bodyfat along the way.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
1 working set. 1 or 2 warm ups with 5-7 reps.

Usually suppersetting, so as fast as I can switch usually.

There's ppl I like, but I wouldn't want their bodies. I sorta was on track to getting where I wanted. Wouldn't want anything but me. Tho if you could donate some hair please, it'd help.

Its pretty lousy to admit, but since the age of 16, my arms have never exceeded 13.5". Serious. Not for lack of trying, simply for a lack of understanding on how to appropriately get bigger I guess. In the last year off from training, all that free time in between seeing the doctors...
