My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy

Consistency is the key to obtaining and maintaining a fit body! Add a variety of methods to not only look the part, but to be healthy too!

I try to hit every body part at least once a week, usually double up on legs bc they are my trouble areas, cardio between 4-5x a week and sometimes twice a day. Just depends on what my goals are at the time. I loaded a pic of my current workout for the week and will do so each time I change them up. Easier than entering everything repeatedly. 

 

My Nutrition Philosophy View My Full Nutrition Philosophy

I like to eat mostly whole, organic foods. I try to eat depending on my training. I don't count calories, it stresses me, just eat healthy!

  • 2 eggs, 2 egg whites veggies - 1/4-1/2 cup oats & nuts (omit grains 2-4 days)
  • protein shake & berries
  • chicken, raw veggies
  • fish, raw veggies, sweet poato
  • chicken, raw veggies
  • protein shake, cottage cheese or eggs 
  • fish oil
  • multi vit. 
  • calcium
  • niacin


  • 6-20 oz. water
  • green tea

My Motivation Program

I am really motivated by positive reenforcement! Hearing, "wow you look good" "great arms" "nice legs" it just motivates me to work harder, to not slack up at all. It really means alot to me when it comes from my husband. His opinion matters the most to me, and to hear him comment on my body and he sees it all, he knows the whole truth ... haha, that is really encouraging. I am also motivated by all the people that have overcome a lifetime of unhealthy lifestyles and are now living clean healthy, active lives. Seeing before, after and progress pictures of other people on the same path and achieving their goals - that is motivational! Looking back at myself, seeing where I was, and knowing I don't want to go back there, that motivates me to stay on this journey as well! ; )

ToniC. Today is my first day back on BS in over a year! Post ACL surgery, PCS from Hawaii to Vegas and a ton of craziness in between! I'm BACK! ;)

DieselDS That's cool I take my boat over to melborne and Coco Beach often, I missed riding my bike over to Daytona this year for bike week but next year. I understand the kids, I have a 11 year old daughter back home that I have missed a lot things and I miss her dearly. DieselDS I'm actually from the Clearwater Beach, Tampa area. I am all about the ocean, I own a pretty nice 32ft boat and take it out daily when I am home! I will retire down in that area after the Air Force, I have to be out in the ocean parting and fishing. Nellis is pretty nice I enjoy visiting Vegas every year with my buddies. I'm not a gambler since I do that too much with the Stocks but enjoy hanging out there. Hawaii is very nice not sure I would want to live there though. Apr 14, 2013 11:23pm
