Consistency is the key to obtaining and maintaining a fit body! Add a variety of methods to not only look the part, but to be healthy too!
I try to hit every body part at least once a week, usually double up on legs bc they are my trouble areas, cardio between 4-5x a week and sometimes twice a day. Just depends on what my goals are at the time. I loaded a pic of my current workout for the week and will do so each time I change them up. Easier than entering everything repeatedly.

I like to eat mostly whole, organic foods. I try to eat depending on my training. I don't count calories, it stresses me, just eat healthy!
- 2 eggs, 2 egg whites veggies - 1/4-1/2 cup oats & nuts (omit grains 2-4 days)
- protein shake & berries
- chicken, raw veggies
- fish, raw veggies, sweet poato
- chicken, raw veggies
- protein shake, cottage cheese or eggs
- fish oil
- multi vit.
- calcium
- niacin
- 6-20 oz. water
- green tea

I haven't been on B/S since early 2012. Life has been crazy and exciting and I my family is finally settling down at our new base! Looking to further my body progress and I use this site as accountability and support! Happily married mother of 2! :)
