Summer work outs.. who needs them? Especially since allergy season is making me tired it is getting harder to get excited to get in the gym.

No, I work morning shifts, and have Monday and Wednesday's off. Ya, I probably never see you because we are on totally different shifts. Or maybe cause you are in Timpani! :)

Dude are you copying me? I just got my dymethazine cycle with some 6-oxo. also got the 6 lb torrent, some muscle milk and taking the animal omegas! We should workout and start a lunch pail gang. I can't decide what I want, but I think I'm gonna get a Thundercats one.
