How I Started:
I was in Varsity Athletics in high school and was in great best shape. I gained just a little weight in college, a lot of weight when I got married, and then I had a baby. I lost all the weight and more after the baby, but then I gained it all back ( plus some) by eating due to boredom and stress.
Why I Love It:
I want to feel good about myself and my body. I want to look awesome for my husband. ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I work out with my husband and we keep each other motivated.
My diet has changed significantly. I'm eating so much better: lean protien, veggies, and healthy snackes like cucumbers. I eat 6-7 smaller meals (one may be a powerbar or one may be a grapefruit and oatmeal). No more "food baby" (Juno movie). I can actually suck in and it looks...
