When I Started:
How I Started:
I saw in the middle of Highschool. I had dabbled in weights my whole life, but half through highschool I started taking it really serious.
Why I Love It:
Simply put. Im against only myself when I train. No one else. Also, I see bodybuilding as an art, and I love art.
How I Stay Motivated:
Simply my body calls for physical activities, but if its not motivated. Then simply I tell myself I have to do it, and thats that.
BB Accomplishments:
The first time I had ever competed in a bodybuilding show I got 4th. Competed in a few powerlifting events. As well trained, and help better many individuals.

me about numbers. Mainly for max reps. Really to be honest I dont like relying on numbers. People tend to get so consumed by numbers it becomes crazy. Its just like with people focusing only on there strong points. While everything else looks small, or failing in comparison to there bodies. ...
Yeah, some of his henchmen happened to see me squatting 315 the other night without a spot or a bench, they just dropped everything and watched me. Lol. But I don't think I'll go much heavier than that for now, 'cause my knees feel a little worn, I'll just keep pushin' that deadlift! You shoulda seen me deadlift 315 for the first time! It was great, I felt the bar come up about an inch, but the plates were still on the ground, 'cause it was bent and there was a lot of yelling! :O
