Overall Goal: Hey Im lookking to bulk up again, I lost alot of size when I was trying to cut up before my wedding, now I want to gain some size & keep me warm for the cold winter months here in the UK.

How I Started:
I started weight training in my teens, so as to bulk out a bit. I got hooked & made some real good progress, weighing in at 16st 10lbs, things went a little off track & due to other circumstances my trianing fell by the wayside........... but now Im here to make a come back & get my ass in gear....... watch this space!!

How I Stay Motivated:
Its been really hard staying motiviated, had some knockbacks over the last few months & now just picking myself up again, got some good results in the summer & now back in training as of today & want some bulk for winter so I can cut up bigger next summer, th pisc on hear arnt a true display of me but Im open to advice etc........... doin it clean too!!
BB Accomplishments:
No medals or trophies but I got to my best shape in 2001, weighing 15st 5lbs, 11% bodyfat & lifting my heaviest weights in every exercise, I was in the best shape of my life.

My main aim is to live long and healthly for my family, everything that comes with it is a bonus.
Im after building quality mass & keeping the body fat low, so lets see how it goes.
I havent put to many goals and size achievements in so as not to disapooint myself when looking at them I know what Im after I just need to put the hard work in & make it happen, all help and ideas greatly recieved
