I have been weight training (mainly strength) for quiet some time now through rugby. And then from joining the The Parachute Regiment, I had litterally cut all weight training out of my programme, and due to a extreme intensity of the PT sessions, I have lost ALOT of weight and muscle mass.
But now I have recently left, my focus is getting up to scratch again and putting in the fight to getting the body I want.
So now my focus is on becoming a bodybuilder and competing!
Help and guidence would be much appreciated.
