Background

When I Started: Apr 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I got a row machine and figured I wanted more then just cardio. I use to workout a few years ago until I injured my shoulder. I figured now is the time.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Its just a bonding experience with yourself. Its unexplainable unless you get hooked. It doesn't matter if your putting up the most weight in your gym. When your there..there is no one else that matters but you.
