This is the future before picture. You clearly see that mid-section fat preventing the display or my washboard abs hidden beneath (you gonna have to trust me on this ;-).
Today I decided to try another gym that's in the area. Younger and nicer. The experience was awesome, and I'm considering ending my relationship with my current gym. Plus I've absolutely no remorse whatsoever. Ok, just a little.

The typical week looks like this:
Day 1: Upper#1 + Abs#1
Day 2: Lower#1
Day 3: Cardio + Abs#2
Day 4: Upper#2
Day 5: Lower#2 + Abs#3
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7 Full rest
But I may add an extra rest day when needed, switch abs routines around, or trade an exercise for an equivalent one.
