I spent my time into the gym room during lunch time at high school. I've been on and off since then. Started back about 4 months ago after a 12 months break.
Why I Love It:
It relaxes me. Serotonin baby!
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting myself a lot of short term goals to reach, achieving progress a step at a time.

This is the future before picture. You clearly see that mid-section fat preventing the display or my washboard abs hidden beneath (you gonna have to trust me on this ;-).
First, what I understood between the lines of what's presented in the documentary is that there is no way to achieve anything close to a BB physique without juicing. Sure, you can get a 6pack, and bigger muscles. But you won't get any close to any pro...
I know, it's a combination of those things...but I do want to burn more calories and shorten the time :)
