How I Started: I spent my time into the gym room during lunch time at high school. I've been on and off since then. Started back about 4 months ago after a 12 months break.
Why I Love It: It relaxes me. Serotonin baby!

Great movie. But really depressing.

First, what I understood between the lines of what's presented in the documentary is that there is no way to achieve anything close to a BB physique without juicing. Sure, you can get a 6pack, and bigger muscles. But you won't get any close to any pro...
