2)Punching bag mixed combinations 30min - consists of kicks and punches - focus on power and form

hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
