How I Started:
use to go to the gym every now and then and want to get back into it. also sick of kids picking on me, calling me names, and just disrespecting me. want to prove to everyone what i can be!!
Why I Love It:
i love being able to get away from everything else and just do something i love, its like im in a different world. also love the feeling of being tired an sore after =]
How I Stay Motivated:
my girlfriend is one of my key factors which i thank her greatly for but i also just look in the mirror and dont like what i see lol
i want to get rid of excess body fat and put on muscle in all areas. i want to bulk up, gain muscle weight, and get bigger! going to use a high protein diet and do alot of strength training to accomplish my goal. in the end i want to weigh around 200 but of pure muscle and i think i can do it! i want to finally get into great shape!
this member is inspirational to me because i see how he started out and he wasnt in the best of shape but through his hard work and dedication he accomplished his goals! thats really motivational to me and i have many years to get to where i want to be and i can do it with his help and many other!!!
idk what day it is of having my broken hand but im still really bummed about it. cant do any upper body lifting, can already see a loss of muscle, so its very disappointing. ill proly gain it back when i can start lifting upper body again its just i wanna start now!! go to the doctor tomorrow...
What up dude, you got to stay focused and think of those goal you want to accomplish and know that dedication and consistency with training and diet is what is going to get you there! As far as eating and school goes, you got to cook your food ahead of time and bring it in a lunch box\little baby cooler with ice to keep it from going bad, so bring that chicken and steak to school and make sure you eat eat eat!!!
