I was wondering how many calories you eat a day to maintain because I currently weigh 125-10 and have the same figure as you (bout 8-10% bodyfat) and my goal is to get up to 150 with the same bodyfat % pretty much want to be built like you. SO any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am gonna start bulking but doing a slow one time is of no concern i dont want to put on a crazy amount of fat like most people do while bulking.

yeah that what i been doing for around 6months and it seems like its not getting better so i went to the doctor and now on the pill and the shoot feelling better but its not taking the pressure of that nerve so dont no he wants me to get another shoot to help with more inflammation but i dont no
