Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?

Degenerative disc in L5 (lumbar spine)
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
I have elimintated the chronic pain and regular bouts of siatica through strengthening my back and core musculature. I attribute this primarily to proper squating.
Who took all those photographs you posted in your progress shots? From various dates/same background it looks like you're taking your own pictures ... and those are nice self portraits if that's so.
only one pound got put on during the 10 days. Sometimes sightseeing by hiking at least a couple of miles (frequently up and down hills and stairs) in 90-100 degree heat with up to 90% humidity and 30# of camera/electronic gear on my back helped to keep the weight off. Sometimes i would come back to the hotel sweating like a pig! LOL
