Why I Love It:
Stimulates the body, mind and soul...
I feel great when dieting and training right. It plays such a vast role in my mind, i feel like i can't overestimate myself when im on the ball with my resume. I meet goals and eclipse them... I have a great humorous and thoughtful attitude to life when i get my weekly dose of training. Im a much deeper and knowledgeble person when nutrition is met.
I feel the exact opposite when not training and eating right!
How I Stay Motivated:
It's an investment... REALLY!
Something, someone, somewhere always comes up where you need your body for something...

thanks. lean but not ripped. i'm eating the right food, but not so sure of the amount of consumption. i've read that some recommend calories coutning while other do portion. i've been doing portion. What about you?
Thank you so very, very much for the great words that you left for me. It’s going to be my "one year anniversary" on the 24th of January from the first day that I walked into the gym and started my body transformation and your message is the best present anyone could give me. The Lord allowed me to be born again and then I lost my way and then He let me be “born again with fitness” and this time I am sharing my journey with all who care to listen. Thank you again!
