Workout Program:
Here's my split:

Monday: Chest and Triceps
Tuesday: Back and Biceps
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Legs and Abs
Friday: Shoulders and Traps
Saturday: Cardio

I do ten minutes of cardio before lifting as a warm-up, and only enough rest between sets for my wife to do her set, to help keep the heart rate up.

I do three sets per exercise, ten reps each at the moment. I try to do three exercises per muscle group. It tends to work out to nine sets per body part, 18-20 sets per workout.

I change up the exercises pretty regular to keep from getting to routine, which is why none are listed.
