Reason: I wanted something to give me a little late-night protein to help stimulate muscle growth. This particular brand (and flavor) are just personal favorites of mine. It's a lot better than my first whey protein that barely had enough protein in it to put it on the label ;)

Reason: Needed a multi and a BCAA, and this fits the bill on both counts. Plus, it has lots of other good stuff for me :D
