Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
To lose 10lbs of fat, tighten and strengthen in 10 weeks. To be more beautiful on the inside and out.
Goal (Long):
After losing 115lbs through mostly diet, cardio, and inconsistent weight training i am left with little muscle mass and fatty pockets of loose skin. I am determined to tone my body and tighten my skin though hard work and perseverance alone. I will prove to everyone whom told me it can't be done that surgery is not necessary to remove loose skin. They may have those self limiting beliefs but i do not. I want to be a source of hope and inspiration that we truly do create our own realities. The human body is ever changing and with the right tools it can and will change for the better!
