Well I suffer from depression, I started a new medication and when I came about from my long sleep I discovered that I hated how I looked so I started going to the gym and do everything to get in better shape.
Why I Love It:
It gives me that great feeling inside after im done that I am doing somthing to better myslef. During my workout it gives me that feeling that I am also doing everything I can to better myslef.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about what others have said, done, and said about me. That can keep me going almost all the time.
I want to lose as much fat as possible and gain as much muscle as I can while doing so.
Goal (Long):
For as long as I can think of, I have always been above averaged sized in a bad way. I suffer from depression so until recently I never cared enouph to go for the change, but now I do. My goals are to decrease body fat to a low amount around 8 percent when I am done. Also start lifting so I can gain mass and some real shape to my body. I really do not have a time fram at the moment but as I learn more I will update this with more detailed goals.
