I agree! And it makes sense because if your body repairs faster then of course you can train harder. I will let you know how it works for me.

I will. I have heard from others that use it that it reduces muscle soreness because it helps you repair faster...so you can train harder!

Diet doesn't bother me because I cook a lot of different things. I work out 6 days a weeks, Cardio for 5 days aweek

The training is going awesome. Down to 12 weeks till the show and working out hard and heavy and dieting like crazy. I love it!

Oh most definitely - because all those amino acids are fueling your muscles so they can do more! I am thinking of buying some glutamine in powder form to add to my post workout shake. supposed to help recovery.
