Haha. Meee tooo! I haven't been feeling well all week, so I only went to the gym on Mon. I am feeling ultra lazy. But I can't help it, I definitely have some kind of bug that is making me constantly feel like I want to puke. And sleep. But I am going to the gym tomorrow whether I like it or not. Actually I was slacking...what else is new??? LOL. I just joined the gym and a kick boxing place, started yesterday...hopefully this time I stay on track!!! How is everything with u??
Haha...pasta and I are pretty much enemies. I have been eating a lower/healthy carb way for the past 6 years, and unfortunately pasta doesn't have a place on my menu. I used to love it. Once in a blue moon I'll make my mom's spaghetti, and it is magnificent. ButI don't miss pasta all that much, I am a steak girl. I love my meat and veggies. Thanks for the tip on getting through the slow results stages. I am going to add swimming to my cardio and see if that helps me a little.
