I have always worke out during my 9 years in the Army, but now I want to step up my fitness level and get in top pysical shape
Why I Love It:
Working out has been my outlet the past 11 months while I have been deployed in Iraq and I love the way I feel and look.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals and I want a six pack soooo bad. Almost there!
BB Accomplishments:
I got to Iraq and I was 190 pounds and around 26% bodyfat. Currently I am at 155 pounds and at 17% boodyfat. Now I want to get big and decrease my bodyfat by 7% less.
